About
KaijuBytes — AI Specialist & Full-Stack Systems Engineer
KaijuBytes is the engineering practice of an AI Specialist and full-stack systems engineer based in the Philippines, working at the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to design and deploy intelligent document processing systems for government operations.
My main project, the IDP System, is a production enterprise platform with multi-provider AI extraction, RAG-based document Q&A, human-in-the-loop review workflows, and multi-tenant RBAC. I built it as a solo developer using AI-augmented development — architecting the system myself and orchestrating AI-assisted implementation to achieve the velocity of a small team.
Before DSWD, I was a Computer Programmer at the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), where I deployed disaster risk reduction systems, built automation tools, and prototyped AI chatbots. I also spent time as a researcher at UP Los Baños, where I built the wireless sensor network system that became Lo-CADIS Sprout.
